The Week of Change and Excitement!
I have to say this last week has been pretty exciting!  To start off I did a podcast interview with Cannon Blogger Jason Anderson from Learning Digital Photographer titled Episode 34: How Low Can You Go; head over and listen to me sounding goofy!  I swear I never get used to listening to myself…… Next as many of you have noticed the look and feel of my blog has changed!
B&H in Hot Water Again; Do You Have What it Takes to Say No?
B&H, a well know supplier of all things photographic is once again in trouble for discrimination.  Some of you might recall that Last March B&H paid out $4.3 million to 150 Latino workers because they were denied equal pay, benefits and promotions all because they were well Latino…  The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission brought that suit forward and started a 5 year plan to monitor B&H’s activities; sadly it doesn’t sound like B&H has straightened up.  This time around B&H is be

I have to confess that I’m appalled at some of the things I’ve seen come out of a few female photog’s. We’re looking for artwork that will be used to market and promote the 28th annual Bellevue Home Show.
Did You Know Photographers are not Authors?
Yup that is correct photographers are not authors; don’t shoot me I’m just the messenger!  This is what Judge Denny Chin’s opinion is about photography… In the class action lawsuit brought by The Authors Guild against Google , Judge Chin has ruled that only the written word and children’s illustrations can be included the lawsuit.  ASMP, the Graphic Artists Guild, the Picture Archive Council of America, the North American Nature Photographers Association, and some individual photographers all petitioned the court to include photograp
