My current workout – Turbulence Training Reconstruction
Last month’s workout routine from Turbulence Training was extremely challenging, and quite frankly, I’m glad it’s over. While it was nearly all bodyweight, which wouldn’t seem that difficult, it is when you’re doing 20 minutes straight with no rest AT ALL in between exercises.
