Holy Crapballs
Okay - so it's been over, what... 3 months since I last posted. My bad. I have been going up and down with this weight. As a matter of fact, I pretty much given up on losing it. I've been so busy with family, work, and; teaching that either I "forget" to eat or constantly "snack" (1/2 healthy & 1/2 not-so-heathy) at my desk. Currently at 247.25 pounds - okay - as of this morning... heck, last week it was 260 I dunno, maybe the batteries are running low on my weight-tracker-thing-a-ma-bob. Needless to say so far I have been good about lowering the intake of soda AND I've switched it from Coca-Cola/Pepsi to Coke Zero and Diet Coke... took a bit of an adjustment, but I made i
