What a mind-blowing weekend!
I have just gotten back from one awesome weekend! The Kim Archer @Home|Away retreat 2009 was a blast. Over the course of one weekend, I have laughed, cried  danced and made some lifetime friends. Not just the girls from the @Home team, but the lovely ladies who traveled from everywhere to come spend the weekend with us. a lovely weekend...
I spent the weekend with friends at The Imagination Factory's annual Scrapbooking retreat. I spent the weekend with my gal pals... Celeste, Fiona, My Mum :) Marelle from Geelong, and Claire from hastings. I also met the awesome Ebony from Warrnambool. Whew. I almost need a weekend to recover! A funny story...
I just had to share with you :o) Last week I was lucky enough to be given my birthday present early... this present takes the shape of a Nikon 16-85mm VR lens. Eager to try it out, Tobey and I set out to the spot suggested by Celeste. An abandoned old tip, just near home, covered with brilliant yellow flowers. We parked the car and got out, snapping away I was so pleased with my new lens. In the distance I heard a car horn. I thought to myself it must be a "worker" of some sort needing to get into the gate and I was in the way. Tobes and I wander back, only to be greeted by Mr Plod. Oh Sh**! Tobey
