lately i've been evaluating the whole music industry thing and how it relates to artists and music.i'm sure i'm not the first to come to these discoveries but i figured it'd be worth it to chronicle my thoughts.in light of recent music award happenings it appears that the entertainment machine has completely run out of honest ideas. no longer is an artist's worth determined by what they've endured and how they've interpreted it, but rather by how well they come across on camera, in the news, and how much people talk about them, regardless of what is being said.i guess there's a price some people pay for trying to keep their dignity.
