Description: I love to cook and make up recipes, my goal is to complete all recipes online in one place to leave to my two grown sons when I am long gone to carry on the Traditions. My favorite foods are pizza and crab legs, not in that combination! I love Cabernet or Merlot is my second choice. Everything is cooked through the love and the teachings of my grandmother (who was straight from Rome,Italy )and my mom. Because of them I have had the gift to send on their legacy.Hence the name pegasus a magical horse from greek methology and the legend lives on through my cooking. I really miss them all. But there always close through the kitchen memories. I love candles everywhere in the house that smell like cinnamon and butter cookies. I miss my family that still live in Upstate NY My hobbies are, writing, fishing and to watching science fiction. I wish everyone all the best and thanks for reading! Follow me on Twitter.com and fan me on Facebook page called What's Cookin' Italian Style Cuisine...suggestions, and requests always welcome
