personal: happy halloween!
we had a wonderful halloween weekend.  eliza was so in to it!  she had two costumes.  one for school (they had to dress up like a character from a book so she was the butterfly from the very hungry caterpillar) and one for halloween (a "mean witch"). we had a little halloween party and "spooky" trail at our house before trick or treating.  we had a gross out table at our house where kids could put their hands in bowls full of disgusting things like worms, eye balls, dead skin, spiders.  then we walked across the street to eliza's nona's for tattoos and fishing for glowing eyeballs in red jello.  finally, we walked to aunt lynne and

news: coming up!
welp, it has been an exciting fall, no pun intended, to say the least.  two weeks ago i (sara) broke my arm when i fell while i was carrying ryder.  he is ok now, but we had a scary trip to the er and spent the night at the hospital.  i have been trying to master being a one armed mom and a one armed photographer.  : ) thank you to all of our awesome clients that are being so patient while i peck away on the computer with my one hand!  mel has stepped it up and she has been doing a lot of the shooting.  i should be back on top in a couple of weeks.  all i can say is thank goodness ryder is ok, thank goodness that i broke my lef

news: blastin for boobs!
mel and i are shooting and shooting on sunday (well mel might shoot clay pigeons, since i have one working arm i think i better not!).  we are taking photos at the blast for boobs fundraiser to raise money for the friends for an earlier breast cancer test.  i lost my gramma and my god mother to breast cancer, so i am passionate about this cause.  no experience is necassary, please join us!
