Huntin' season
It's FINALLY fall in Texas - it FINALLY stopped raining - and it's perfect. Sun, temps near 80 ... ahhhh yes. The dogs and I spent some time outside the other day and Thor and Fred were on squirrel patrol. This weekend we really will be hunting - we'll be at the DFW Dachshund Club's fall earthdog test! Earthdog is a test for dachshunds and small terriers where they track, find and alert to prey in underground tunnels. Rats are the quarry, and don't worry, they're not harmed.
