Additionally controversial footage of the heinous behavior of lead Dupage County Homicide Detective Warren Wilcosz that has been restored for enhanced audio and picture by request of Judge Mehling from the F.B.I. also is included. This project can take many forms, including but not limited to a book, web series, a motion picture, documentary and/or a screenplay. In fact, previous short attempts at the same material have been made. (See The Exonerated) These topics also cover the controversial ousting of former Governor George Ryan who later exonerated Rolando Cruz of all charges. This case started a series of events, focusing on Rolando Cruz and 12 others who were wrongfully accused, convicted and sent to Death Row. After the Supreme Court hearing, the Death Penalty was reversed in Illinois. Steve Pecoraro’s testimony and eye-witness accounts as a jail-house informant shed a unique light on the case and eventually led to the reversal of 13 Death Penalty cases, also resulting in the Dupage 7 trial in a Kangaroo court in Dupage County. Due to the statue of limitations, the newly accused cannot be re-tried or convicted for their malicious overuse and abuse of power, the Court, Legal, Law Enforcement and Correctional systems.
